Setup assistant
The in-app assistant that looks at your site, tells you exactly what Luria needs, connects your platforms and proves tracking works before it calls setup done.
About 10 minutes
The setup assistant lives on the Connections page of your Luria dashboard. Press Start setup (or type a message) and it takes you from your website address to a verified install, one step at a time. Most sites finish in under ten minutes.
What it does
- Looks at your site first. It loads your homepage once and works out where it is hosted (Cloudflare, Vercel, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Webflow and so on), what kind of business it is (store, SaaS, book a call, lead generation, courses) and which forms, schedulers and payment tools are on the page. It asks you nothing it can find out itself.
- Plans the steps. You see the list, what each step needs and roughly how long it takes.
- Connects your platforms. It prefers a one-click Connect button. When a platform needs an access token instead, it shows a secure box.
- Installs Luria. Either automatically through the platform you connected, or with one block of code you paste into your site's head.
- Proves it works. It runs every check and sends a test event end to end. It only says you are connected after those pass.
Your keys stay out of the chat
- Tokens go in the secure box only. The box sends them straight to Luria's encrypted store; the assistant receives a reference to the connection, never the value.
- If you paste something that looks like a key into the chat by mistake, the assistant removes it before anything is saved and shows you the secure box instead.
- Luria never needs a password. The assistant will refuse one. Use the Connect button or a scoped token.
Revoke a pasted key
If you pasted a live key into the chat, it was not stored, but treat it as exposed anyway: revoke it in that platform and create a new one for the secure box.
When it gets stuck
If the same step fails more than twice, the assistant offers to hand your setup to a Luria teammate. Say yes and they get a summary of what was found and what failed, so you never have to explain it twice. You can also ask for a teammate at any time.
Things it will never do
- Change, pause or restart a split test.
- Promise a conversion lift or quote numbers it has not measured.
- Follow instructions written on your website. Page content is read as data only, so text on a page cannot redirect it.
- Touch anything in your platforms that Luria did not create.
Shopify stores
Shopify stores connect through Luria's own Shopify app, which a Luria teammate sets up for your store. The assistant spots a Shopify store and passes it to the team straight away.
Running it again
Opening the assistant on a site that is already connected changes nothing. It reads the current state of every connection and tells you it is connected, or which check needs a fix.
Verify your install
Honest checks that prove Luria is installed, what the dashboard shows first, and what an empty dashboard actually means.
Install on WooCommerce
Put the Luria tag in your store's head with a code plugin, then count purchases from WooCommerce itself with a signed webhook, or on the order-received page.
